Architecture and Natural building
From traditional building to futuristic sacred geometry
Responsable Mattia
TIME FRAME 2014-2023
FOCUS Optimising existing structure and creating new ones!

As responsible for the domain of  architecture and construction, I am responsible for overseeing the legal and sustainability aspects of our structures, as well as their ongoing maintenance.

My primary focus is to create a harmonious balance between private and collective spaces, ensuring that our community is sustainable both in terms of its initial investment and its ongoing maintenance and to honour the principles of landcare and people care.

Currently, this domain serves as the primary source of income for our project, as we rent out spaces to our activist network and friends while sharing communal areas for educational and recreational purposes.

Our ultimate goal is to transform our understanding of ownership and cultivate a culture of stewardship towards the land and infrastructure we use. By inviting more individuals to embrace this approach, we hope to create a sustainable and resilient community that values collaboration and the shared use of resources.

Here some of services that this domain provides to the comunity and network:

  • Create sustainable, functional, and aesthetically pleasing buildings that are in harmony with the natural environment
  • Explore the balance between private and collective infrastructure, which is crucial for the success of any sustainable community
  • Prioritize sustainability and adaptation to the local territory and resources in the design and construction of buildings
  • Use locally sourced and renewable materials wherever possible to reduce environmental impact
  • Collaborate with the community to ensure buildings are designed to meet specific needs and shared values
  • Handle legal aspects, sustainability, and maintenance to ensure the longevity and sustainability of the community’s structures
  • Provide spaces for the activist network and friends to gather and connect, while sharing communal areas for educational and recreational purposes
  • Transform the understanding of ownership and cultivate a culture of stewardship towards the land and infrastructure used
  • Promote a mindset that prioritizes responsible use and preservation of natural surroundings
